Washington  - Representative Thaddeus G. McCotter (R-Livonia) has joined millions of Americans in signing a Department of Defense letter thanking the men and women of the U.S. military for fighting to defend our freedom and bring that same freedom to others.
 
“Everyone of us should provide encouragement for our troops,” said McCotter.  “They and their families are making significant sacrifices for our security and this letter expresses our gratitude and acknowledges their sacrifices.”

 

Rep. McCotter added his name to a list of over 2,820,035 names on a special thank you note to be sent at the end of the month to our nation’s men and women fighting overseas and he encourages others to visit http://www.defendamerica.mil/nmam.html and sign the note to express their support and gratitude.
